What hoteliers ask us before migrating
Exactly how many channels does it support?
Over 400 connected channels, including all the major ones (Booking, Expedia, Airbnb, Agoda, Hotelbeds, Hostelworld, HRS) and regional wholesalers. If your channel isn't on the list, we connect it in 1-3 weeks at no extra cost.
Who handles the mapping of room types and rates?
We do it, at no cost. You receive a mapping proposal before going live, approve it, and it's up and running. If you later need to add a new room type, we handle that too.
Is it really two-way?
Yes. Bookings flow from the channel into the PMS automatically, and inventory/price changes flow from the PMS out to the channel. Two-way with every major OTA.
How does it prevent overbooking?
When a booking comes in on any channel, inventory updates everywhere else in under 30 seconds. You can also switch on automatic close-out rules: when inventory hits 0, the channel closes everywhere. In 18 months with active customers we haven't had a single overbooking caused by sync issues.
Does it integrate with my PMS?
We have native integration with 20+ PMSs on the market: Sihot, Tesipro, Engisoft, ICG, Mews, Cloudbeds, Protel and more. If yours isn't on the list, we integrate it via API in 2-3 weeks.
Does it include yield management?
Basic yield management is included: rules by occupancy, days to arrival, day of the week, events. For advanced algorithms we integrate with specialist platforms (Atomize, Duetto, IDeaS).
How is it billed?

Do I need the AlojaPro booking engine first?
It's not mandatory, although the synergy is at its peak when all three (Engine + Channel + PMS) travel together. You can take just the Channel Manager and keep your current engine — but you'll lose some native integrations like shared inventory engine↔OTAs.
